Lewis Hales is a counselor, journalist and historian specializing in continental Celtic society, the insular Celts of ancient Britain and is credited with writing over 120 published articles. He is a graduate of Atlanta University with master's degrees in counseling and education. His articles and research have appeared in magazines such as Professional Counselor, Khabar, Celtic Connection, Celtic Heritage, Treatment Today, British Heritage, Aquarius , Atlanta Celtic Quarterly and Native Peoples.

Since 2005, Lewis has been CEO and owner of the Celtic Collection Program, Inc., a five-divisional 501 (C) (3) non-profit educational organization. Prior to taking this position, he worked as a counselor, program facilitator and treatment coordinator of several chemical dependency programs in the private sector for many years.

In 2008, Gov. Perdue awarded the Celtic Collection Program with a commendation for having made special educational contributions in Georgia. The modeling program is the most accomplished and popular division in the corporation. The Celtic Collection Models have been featured in more Georgia media than any other group of models from Georgia in the state's history. Appearances include GPB Radio, Fox, NBC, CBS and CNN affiliate stations. The models have been conferred over 70 honors, awards and commendations for their educational representations. In 2011, Gov. Deal awarded them a commendation for their educational contributions in Georgia.

Lewis specializes in interpreting ancient Celtic designs and discusses their significance in his articles and lectures. He is also editor of The Fashion, the corporation's official educational publication.

Lewis' articles and research have received commendations by the American Cancer Society, Georgia Council on Child Abuse and Coalition to Stop Gun Violence.
